I’m in love this this top that I scored from the Nordstrom sale. I wear it all.the.time. It’s so comfy! I was so sad that they haven’t re-stocked this tee yet, but it also comes in a dress version here that I will definitely be buying soon. Tons of colors to choose from too! I paired it with my fav white denim and some tan booties. These peep toe booties are perfect for that summer to fall transition too, since the toe and heel are open it doesn’t get too hot.

Can we talk about these adorable earrings and tasseled bracelet?! These are seriously my new favorites for summer. They are handmade pieces from Tassel Soul. I love the hot pink, but they come in so many different colors and styles! She has the cutest shop on Etsy with all kinds of tasseled bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. She even does game day ones {and I am all over that!} that you can match to your teams colors. I’m already eyeing the new tassel and gem necklace too. They are so unique and affordable! AND…we are giving away this gorgeous set over on Instagram!!! I mean, what is better than some cute {and free!} jewelry? Make sure to head over to our page and enter for your chance to win these beauties!

Good luck!

All White with Teal

Top Mossimo Drapey Tee | Jeans Express White Jean Legging | Scarf Lilly Pulitzer Infinity Scarf, gift, very similar Here and Here | Heels Steve Madden ‘Intrude’ Pumps | Clutch Francesca’s Luxor Perforated Clutch {on sale!} | Earrings Kendra Scott Drop Earrings

This is one of my favorite looks for summer. All white with a little pop of color! I went with teal but you can switch it up with pink, neon yellow, or any bright color. I wore this out a couple weekends ago to grab drinks with the hubby on Sunday. This loose fitting pocket tee is an absolute must for summer. It comes in 5 different colors, and I wear it ALL the time. Such a great basic, fits really well, and it’s only $11 right now. Uhm yes please. I paired it with teal heels and my Lilly Pulitzer scarf. I got this as a gift, but it matched my shoes perfectly! This scarf is really light so it works for summer. You can even wear white shorts and some lace up sandals to make it even more casual. I know you probably see this clutch all the time too, but it’s my go-to and it really just goes with everything. Hope everyone’s week is off to a good start…make sure to check back on the blog this week-we will be sharing more of our Nordstrom Sale finds!

Happy Tuesday!

Crop Top with Cutouts

Crop Top Express Crisscross Crop Top | Skirt SheIn High Waist Pleated Skirt | Heels Badgley Mischka ‘Jeannie’ Open Toe Pump | Necklace Nadri Halo Pendant Necklace | Clutch Forever 21, old, very similar Here

I have a confession to make…this is the first crop top I’ve ever owned! In all honesty, I thought it wouldn’t look good on me, or that it was a trend I kinda scared to try. But, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and get this crisscross one from Express, I have to say I love it! I think the key to wearing a crop top is two things: that you are comfortable, and that you pair it with something that doesn’t end up showing too much skin. You don’t want a top that you feel like you are constantly pulling down, and with a high-waisted skirt you show just a sliver of skin and keep it classy. I especially love the cut out detail on the back.

This look is perfect for a date night out or a summer party or event. Keeps you cool, and you still look put together. This skirt is really flattering and not too heavy so it was perfect. It comes in several other colors too and is such a steal at under $20! It comes in a gorgeous white eyelet as well I might just have to get… I paired it with my favorite cobalt blue pumps for a  little pop of color and some sparkle.

Happy Wednesday!

White Dress Roundup

Calling all brides! We have rounded up our favorite white dress picks {with a few other non-dress options} for you. I cannot believe I am getting married in less than a month! There is still lots of little details to take care of, but I can’t wait for the big day. Every bride picks out her perfect white dress, but it’s important to have a few more lined up for bachelorette parties, wedding showers, rehearsals, and all your wedding events. Plus, white dresses are great for spring and summer so you can definitely wear them again. We are sharing some of our picks below; almost all are very reasonably priced at under $100. These styles aren’t just for brides either, white is such a popular color for this season and a closet staple. The little white dress is the new little black dress!

Off the Shoulder White Dress

Dress SheIn Off the Shoulder Lace Dress | Shoes Jessica Simpson ‘Jamilee’ Wedge Sandal | Hat Merona Natural Fedora Hat| Belt Target double wrap belt, similar Here | Sunnies Ray Ban

This dress is the ideal summer dress! Light and airy, comfy, and off the shoulder style make it perfect for any festival, date, and or casual summer soiree. It’s safe to say I’m slightly obsessed with off the shoulder pieces right now, and this dress is no exception. It’s such a steal at under $20 too! I belted mine to give me a little more shape, but it does have an empire seam that is gathered so you can definitely wear without a belt. The pretty lace detailing at the shoulders and the bottom really make this dress so feminine and fun. Full disclosure: It is lined but is still a tad bit sheer. I didn’t have any issue with being able to see through it though. I paired the dress with my favorite brown wedges {that come in black also} and a fedora hat to keep the sun off my face. I have a few outdoor festivals coming up that I will be rocking this for!

Hope everyone’s week is off to a great start!

Summer Casual

casual1 casual2 casual3 casual4 casual5

When it’s super hot out {like it has been lately here in Atlanta}, you can usually find me in jean shorts, flip flops, and at Lake Lanier on the weekend. I love the easy casual-ness of it. I call it my weekend uniform. These shorts from American Eagle are the best-super flattering and hold their shape even after wearing them all day. And you really can’t go wrong with lace, am I right? This is one of my favorite tops; its feminine and delicate, while being super versatile. Since it’s been so hot, this top has been my best friend lately. For a little pattern pop, I added these striped flats. A pointed toe really helps elongate your legs {and let’s be real, my short self needs all the help I can get}. They are comfy and basically a knockoff version of some more expensive striped flats out there right now. These flats are totally one of those impulse things you walk out of Target saying to yourself “Do I really need this?” Don’t lie to yourself, it’s pretty much impossible to go into Target and walk out with only one thing…at least it is for me. But these flats have been a solid purchase and I can say, yes, I did need these. Ok, wanted these.

How great is this bag? It’s the perfect weekend tote to throw a couple things in, whether your out on the lake or bopping around town. It’s even better that its’s on sale for under $25! It’s been my new go to bag on the weekend. Plus it’s pink and printed. Sold.

Crochet Skirt

crochet1 crochet2 crochet3 crochet4 crochet5

Top: Fab’rik, old, but I am loving these plum-colored options Here and Here | Skirt: last season J. Crew Factory, but good options Here and Here | Purse: Pebbled Signature Tote, my go-to tote right now | Shoes {currently 40% off!} | Cuff, very similar option Here

Crochet skirts are so popular right now, and I knew when I saw this one I had to have it. I love that it’s a little different with the navy color block on the bottom; I feel like it adds a little bit of interest to it. The delicate crochet is so pretty, and there are a couple options I linked above that are very similar. It’s been so hot and humid here this week in Atlanta, so I paired it with a light, flowy top from Fab’rik to keep cool. My favorite nude pumps and tote complete the look.

I hope everyone has a fun and safe memorial weekend! We are going to Lake Lanier {which you Atlanta people are familiar with!} for a little sun and relaxation.
